Chemical constituents: The Anise oil mainly constitutes of cis and trans-Anethole, Aafrole, Anis-aldehyde, Aceto-anisole, Camphene, Linalool and α and β-Pinene as its chief components.

Extraction method: It is extracted from the Anise seeds by the means of steam distillation process.
