Nomilin is a chemical that looks like a white powder. Limonoid) is a secondary metabolite of triterpenoids, mainly found in Rutaceae and Poaceae, especially in the seeds and peels of Citrus. More than 300 limonin analogues (limonin analogues) have been found to be one of the main causes of orange juice bitterness.
